Return Policy:


Sorry NO Refunds. Store credit only, all sales are final. Items returned in 7 days of the original shipment date will be eligible for store credit. If for some reason we mistakenly send the wrong color, size or style from the order actually placed, the problem can easily be resolved once we are notified. Exchanges are done on an individual basis and are not always guaranteed. Exchanges can only be possible within 7 days of the original purchase date. Once an exchange is approved, a restocking fee of 20% of each exchanged item will be charged to the customer. Customers are also responsible for any further shipping costs. For any order that is cancelled, there is a $5.00 fee per item cancelled within the order. The Fitted Gallery is not liable for any items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. Once the product leaves our facility, the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS) holds full responsibility. In the event of a product being lost or damaged, we will help by filing all necessary paperwork to initiate an investigation with the shipping company. Replacement products or refunds are not issued until investigation is complete and claim has been issued and paid.

The Fitted Gallery shipping and handling charges are based on weight and your shipping preferences. Please note that if you have selected overnight shipping and your order is placed after 3pm, your order will ship the following business day. Overnight Charge most areas $ 30.00 (Estimate will be given if higher) Please note that very large orders are subject to different shipping charges. Please note that if you have selected overnight shipping and your order is placed after 3pm, your order will ship the following business day. Undeliverable Packages Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will send an e-mail notifying you of the return and issue a credit excluding shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place another order with a new shipping address. 


Payment: 

We accept major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) as payment and PayPal. Registration with PayPal is not required. Purchases made through The Fitted Gallery Online Store are secured through PayPal, the most trusted internet payment processing company. All personal and credit card information transmitted are handled by PayPal's secure connection. Personal contact information transmitted to us will never be sold or shared.
